Corporate Triathlon Challenge 2024

The Department of Human Movement Science had several staff members and students participate in the Corporate Triathlon Challenge held on Saturday the 20^th of April 2024. The CTC is 10% of the full Ironman. Participants swim 380m, cycle 18km and run 4.2km.

Congratulations to Hannah Nelson who entered the individual event and came 31^st in the Ladies category.

The team events went off well with Jason Le Roux, Maryna Baard and Joshua Du Preez who come 4^th in the mixed team event.

Courtney Musson, Vernon Oosthuizen, Cameron Matebeni, Leon Van Rensburg, Brandon Gill, Adrian Swart and Mteteleli Biko took part in the team event as well. Much fun and camaraderie were had by all.

Most importantly a big thank you to all the students that volunteered at the event!
